Diamonds are the purchasable in-app unit of Bigo Live: they are used to send a streamer an animated gift from the gift shop inside a live room. Two groups buy them - viewers who watch a broadcast and support a streamer they like, and streamers themselves: to back a partner in a PK battle, a friend in a multi-guest room or someone else's broadcast with a gift. Diamonds sit in the account wallet and go down only when you spend them.
The official route is not built for a card from Uzbekistan: the official top-up page asks you to sign in with a Bigo ID and lists SBP, a MIR card and Bigo Card as payment methods - there is no so'm and no UzCard there. GemPay closes that gap: the settlement runs in so'm, UzCard, HUMO, Click, Payme and Paynet all work, and the diamonds land on that same account.

Topping up Diamonds step by step

Pick Bigo Live from the list in the bot
Open @Gempayuz_bot and find Bigo Live in the list inside the Mini App. This section sits alongside the games, but there is no server or platform field here - a Bigo account is single.

Enter the Bigo ID number
Type the 7-10 digit number from the Me tab. A nickname, a profile link or a name with an @ does not fit here: the system searches by number only.

Go through the nickname check
The bot requests the profile name linked to the ID and shows it on screen. This step is free, nothing is charged. Make sure the name belongs to the account the diamonds should land on, then confirm.

Choose a diamond pack
Packs are sorted by diamond count. Choose based on the gift you plan to send: small animations take few diamonds, while gifts with a big effect take noticeably more. The price is shown in the bot.

Pay in so'm and check the Wallet tab
You pay with UzCard, HUMO, Click, Payme or Paynet. Diamonds usually arrive in 3 minutes, and you see the balance under Me, then Wallet. If the app was open, close it and open it again.
Where to find your ID
- Open the Bigo Live app and go to the Me tab in the bottom menu.
- Find the 7-10 digit number under your nickname - that is the Bigo ID.
- Alternative route: Settings, then the Account section, where it is listed as User ID.
- Tap the number to copy it and enter it in the bot without the @, digits only.
Many people want to make their favorite streamer happy and top diamonds up straight to their Bigo ID. In that case the streamer gets diamonds, not a gift: those diamonds do not turn into beans and cannot be withdrawn. For it to count as a gift, buy the diamonds on your own account and send them from the live room.
Which packs are available
Diamond packs start at a few dozen diamonds and climb to the thousand and ten-thousand tiers - they are usually split into small, medium and large groups.
It is easiest to pick a pack around your gifting plan: a lower tier is enough for several cheap animations, while a gift with a big effect needs a large pack, and the top tiers sometimes add bonus diamonds.

Does the streamer see my gift right away?
Yes, the gift plays as an animation in the live room and the chat shows who it came from. That is why it is better to get the diamonds before the broadcast starts - a top-up finishes in about 3 minutes on average.
Can I split one pack between several streamers?
Yes. Diamonds sit as a balance in the account wallet and are not tied to any streamer. You decide how much to spend in which room, and the remainder stays there until the next broadcasts.
If a PK battle is almost over, is there a way to make it in time?
A top-up takes about 3 minutes on average, and a PK can be short. If you are following a battle, get the diamonds before it starts rather than at the moment the score levels out.
I am a streamer - does it make sense to buy diamonds for myself?
It does. Streamers also send gifts to other rooms, back a partner in a PK battle and take part in events. But diamonds on your account do not turn into income: income is counted from the beans that come in from gifts sent by viewers.
If I changed my Bigo ID, which number do I enter in the bot?
The current one shown in the Me tab. An old number may already belong to another profile, so look at the name that comes up in the nickname check: if the name is yours, the ID is right.
Is the balance from my phone visible in the web version?
Yes, diamonds are tied to the account, not to the device. If you sign in to the same Bigo account, both the balance and the spending history look the same.
